I ordered a part for my new-to-me 2005 Chevy Colorado on 9/22 from Benson’s Chevrolet in Ludlow Vt. The Service man I spoke with was Donald Rogers. He told me the part would be in on Tuesday the 25th. I have spoken with him several times since then to what the status of my order was. To date (Oct. 2) when I checked with him once again, he can not tell me if the part is enroute or anything about it. Said there’s nothing he can do. I am very unhappy with this service/situation. Each day I’ve waited for this part it has cost me money as my truck is in a garage and holding up my mechanic. Should your company hire more dependable/knowledgeable people who can at least tell a customer what the status of an order is? Thank You. Richard Foster PO Box 464 Cavendish, VT 05142
