The company sent us a letter which clearly states that they owe us money. However, instead of sending us the money, they continue to use stalling tactics. So much time has passed that we have no other option but to pursue legal action. The broker is obligated by Florida law to return refundable deposits within the time frame specified by statute. Instead of complying with the law, the broker continues to hold the money way past the due date. They have received multiple written demands for payment from us. They have acknowledged in writing that they owe the money. Repeat: Do NOT do business with this company. They are deadbeats.
