Two friends and I ordered packages from Bershka around the same time and were surprised at what happened next. I payed express shipping for me packages and received it two weeks later rather than 3-4 business days which was promised. After week 1 of not receiving the package, I called customer service 8 times (to get hung up on four times) in over a span of two weeks. I was told by three customer service representatives that I would receive a refund and compensation for their mistakes. I still have received no compensation after returning the package. I am at a loss for words. My money has gotten taken and their customer service no longer addressing my situation.
