This landlord will not fix anything we are on section 8 and they sent him notice that things needed to be repaired and he would not so I went to the court house and filed paperwork to get a hearing to have the judge order the repairs on december 22 then today december 27th he shows up with a eviction notice saying hes evicting with a big fat lie on it that we “repeatly tampared and damaged his hot water boiler” which is absloutely not true Ive never gone into that basement in my life and I let the police department know about all this just in case he tries to file a fake report also it is illegal to retaliate agianst a tenant if have initiatied a action persuant as 540:13 a and 540:13b Also on december 23 we had no heat or hot water for 24 hours so I went to the city and reported it and when the city worker called him he told them I was lying, Well Guess what the tenant on the top floor also made a compliant the same day with the city that we had no heat or hot water Bert cox is willing to lie to officals beware of bert cox owner of 1house.com 1 house llc Scum lord liar
