I don’t know if there caskets are any good but I can tell you the company representative (Jerry) grew impatiient becasue I had questions on how to ensure correct delivery to the funeral home, Then he blathered for 5 minutes straight about how I didn’t want to miss the funeral with the casket being late. | I told him I had a few questions about different styles and he got down right beliggerent. I asked him why he was being so insulting– especially considering the circumstnace. His response was to be even more insulting. | Unless you enjoy being treated like a moron in your momnet of grief–Go somehwere else!
