Don’t go there. My experience with Bettenhausen Maserati Alfa Romeo was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. I never thought they’d behave like such deranged people.
I own an Alfa Romeo 159, which I bought a few years ago. The car was in great shape and had served me for a number of years. Unfortunately, the car’s functionality started reducing, and I knew it was time to replace a few auto parts. I started looking for auto service shops in Tinley Park that would offer me genuine parts and help me fix them. Most of the available auto shop centers available were fully functional and ready to offer their parts when called upon. However, I decided to buy the worn-out parts from Bettenhausen Maserati Alfa Romeo as this car dealer had a good reputation. I called to book an appointment, but the manager was out of the office for that week. This was odd as such a dealer should have more than two operation managers. I requested the customer support agent to leave me a message when the manager was back.
I did not get any call or text message from Bettenhausen Maserati Alfa Romeo for the whole week. I decided to call to see whether the manager would be back anytime soon, or should I take my car to another auto service shop. I was ready to drive miles to look for another Alfa Romeo dealer to fix my car. During this call, the agent informed me the manager was back in office; I was open to visiting any time as he did not have any scheduled appointments. This was great; in the afternoon, I visited the center. However, there was a long queue waiting to speak to the manager. I requested the customer support agent to allow me to see the manager as soon as possible, but she said that was impossible. I had to queue like everyone else, which took hours. During my turn, the manager assured me they would replace every worn out parts in my car within a day or two. He requested me to make a payment and leave my car behind. I left a happy man as I had nothing to worry about. My car was in good hands.
After two days, I received a call from the manager requesting me to collect my car. All the replaced parts were aside, and i was shown each part that had been replaced. Most of them seemed used, but the manager assured me there were as good as new. Despite finding Alfa, Romeo’s spare parts was a daunting task in Tinley Park. I was handed over the receipt and paid for everything. Replacing most parts in the engine cost me a lot of money, but I was happy the car was back to its initial condition. I was happy for a month or two as the auto parts replaced started failing one by one. I had to replace them once more at a different car dealer. I regret buying auto parts from Bettenhausen Maserati Alfa Romeo as most of them were worn out.
