They’re trying to scam people of their money. I was depressed. So I wanted to go for a session of counseling with them. So I downloaded this app. When I was in ruling I was asked to give one dollar or team through my credit card so that They know that I am serious about my counseling. I thought that’s okay. They immediately found me a counselor who was nice to me. But in three or four days, I understood that online counseling wasn’t good enough for me. So I stopped using their services in less than a week. This week after so many days. I have realized that they have been charging me $45 every week from the time I started. So in total I have been charged around 135 dollars.

I canceled my membership and wrote to the customer service. And the customer service is offering me the last payment that is $45 for the last week. They are saying that they don’t check if I get help or not, but I know they have policies but I Never agreed to pay $45 weekly for online counseling session. This is a very dishonest way of doing business. The only reason they are taking that one dollar at the time of enrollment so that I give them my credit card details and they can charge me whenever they want. There’s a huge amount of money for me. $135 is a huge amount. I just can not give it away. Since I’ve been asking for the money back now they are abusing their calling me and disturbing me whenever they feel like you don’t call a person at 2 a.m. in the morning. Nobody does that. No sane person Do that. I’m a college student. I don’t have so much of money to pay them.
