I ordered this Big Bear Chopper in October 2009. It was delievered to Kent Motorsports the authorized dealership in San Antonio, Texas. I picked it up on Feb 15, 2010. The following day the M/C left me stranded and to be towed back to the dealership. this happen three times. Two weeks later while out of town the bike was dead and wouldn’t start. Had it towed. after two weeks it was finally repaired. it was the started. the dealership does not carry inventory for this M/C. two months later the voltage regulator went out. the bike was in the shop for two weeks waiting for the part from Big Bear Choppers. Finally it was repaired. the voltage damaged the battery and required it to be replaced. The dealership refused to replace the battery. They stated that Big Bear would not warranty the battery. It was the regulator that caused the damage to the battery. No luck. at 6,000 miles the sprocket went out and required replacement. The dealership stated that Big Bear refused to warranty the sprocket. I spoke to the warranty relation person at Big Bear Choppers. He stated that the sprocket was concidered normanl wear and tear. I told him that his statement was Bull—-. M/C can go for 50 thousand miles and the sprockets are fine. The drive chain was hitting the swing arm and another front section of the bike. I brought this to the attention of Big Bear Choppers. They called Hank who is the manager for Kent Motorsports. Hank called me and stated that he would drive the bike to inspect it hinself. He rode the bike and failed to hear the clanging. I took pictures of the damaged swing arm and front area of the bike. I paid $33,000 for a mess up bike. They told me that if I was to purchase the bike before Feb 28, 2017 They would give me a five year warranty. they will not warranty anything. their excuse is, It’s normal wear and tear. Then the rocker gasket went out and was blowing oil. Big Bear Choppers told the dealership that they didn’t warranty the engine. since it was an S&S engine it was the responcibly of S&S. Give me a break
