the fallowing incedents were within my warrenty time frame. the machanic worked from his home, deffiently not a certified machanic. A carfax was promised never delivered.I recieved the registration without the month sticker or the front licience plate.I asked for a work order for work done on the car never recieved one.4 out of 4 times i took this car for repairs and not a single repair was done. the first time i took my isuzu rodeo in for repairs for a knocking sound from the engine as well as the brakes as they squeeked at every stop. they had the car all day from 9am to 6pm. upon starting the engine the pinging and knocking from the engine was still apparent i asked Sam the salesman why was it still making that noise he said quote”this is an isuzu not a toyota or a nissian”. I asked did he do the brakes?the machanic was standing there he tried to tell me the brakes were fine they just needed…he didnt know the word for repacking so i said what? they need repacking? he agreed. well ill be dropping it off again i need this car safe my grandson rides in it daily. They agreed and i left.the last time i took the car in the ck engine light was on with code 420 and was told to use 91 grade gas only and the engine light will go off, well it hasent i believe they just kept putting mr off till the warrenty expired now im stuck with expensive repaires which were covered under my warrenty. i cant even get them to return my call concernning my registration and front licience plate, which i paid for in the sale of this car.this is a bad bussiness, there is so much more a person expect a bussiness man to stand by there words and you know what they say “if a man doesent have his word he has nothing” shame on Big Daddy Auto taken advantage of a grandmother
