Working with Bigcommerce has been a horrible experience. issues with email, checkout, uploading of products, and templates. The support staff is not helpful and after months of setup I was forced to close down my store and move back to my previous cart provider. Support seems to have no authority to either fix issues or offer refunds monthly fees even after they disable your business. It is my opinion that this company is just a complete mess and advise those looking for an ecommerce platform to look elseware. .
