I orderd a jack and a cross beam lift. Got no confirmation until i re e-mailed them. Got response next day saying will ship in 24 hours. When I receive the box with cross beam vehicle lift in it, the box was damaged and all taped up, I found out it was missing a part making it useless. I began e-mailing and calling, no response. The jack arrived days later in rough shape, little damage but i could use it. After several days of no response I contacted UPS to file a damage complaint, they issue a check to the shipper. So not only does BIGDOGTOOLZ get to keep my $$, but UPS repaid them for the damage claim. I end up with a pile of useless metal. I did get # from UPS of their supplier and contacted them, no help, go figure. They are EAGLE tool sales
