I had already gained too much fat and my family doctor recommended to either walk or buy a bicycle, I was told to take a ride over the hills 4 times a week. It was at that time that I realized that my health would get worse if I don’t adhere to my physician. I decided to buy a bike so that it could help me burn fat at a faster rate. A question arose in my mind that was where to buy a perfect bike from. I found the Bike Alley and thought they keep the best BMX bikes in town. Their webpage pleased me a lot and they had varieties in their inventory. It had about thousands of different kinds of bikes, whether be for freestyle, race or for fitness. I made an appointment with the owner of the place and went into their showroom at the very next moment.
The place seemed very friendly and cooperating on the webpage, but it was just the opposite in reality. I entered the place and was told to sit until the owner of the place arrived to talk any further. I tried to be friendly with one of the staff so that I could pass my time easily but he was an unfriendly human who didn’t like to interact. I tried conversing with another member standing right next to me, I asked him about their establishment and their special bikes but he gave a smile in response and told me to have patience. He told me that the manager would be arriving at any time and I may clear the doubts I have from him directly.
I waited for more than an hour but the manager didn’t arrive yet, I requested the staff to provide me with a magazine so that I could be busy in it and not get bored. He went right after that and disappeared. I was pissed off and was regretting taking an appointment with the Bike Alley. The manager finally came after long 90 minutes and called me in his office. I told him about the bike I wanted and when everything was final and the payment was cleared, the manager then informed me that it would take 3 days for the bike to arrive and they would deliver it directly to my place.
Since the payment was done I had no other option but to wait. I did wait for 3 days but my BMX didn’t arrive. I tried calling the manager but his phone was switched off. I was worried and was about to file a complaint against them when they arrived with my bike suddenly after a week. I was pissed off and angry about such a late delivery and couldn’t curse more to myself for choosing the Bike Alley. I would recommend choosing a place where a person gets the bike on the same day and where the managing staff is friendly so that you don’t feel unwanted. Please take your business elsewhere. The Bike Alley is not worth doing proper business.
