Denied servicing my car for no reason

A question that most of the people ask is – What makes a company great? According to some people, the answer is the ‘sales record’. I beg to differ. My answer is – ‘After-sales service’. As an individual, I believe that the key to elevating a company’s reputation is by providing excellent after-service to the customer. It takes a lot of effort and hard work to build a proper reputation and reach a certain standard. It takes only some time to tarnish it all.
I was gifted a BMW by my elder sister when I recently turned twenty-one. It was probably the happiest birthday I have ever celebrated. I vowed to take care of it with all my might. The car was indeed a luxurious one – The interiors, the exteriors, the performance – all brilliant. After six months passed, I was advised to get the car serviced. I decided to go for a routine checkup. The engine made a faint sound but the car worked perfectly. I started searching for nearby BMW Outlets where I could get the car serviced. I searched online and the first name that came up was Bill Jacobs BMW. I scheduled an appointment online.
I reached the place in my car at the exact time. There was no one around to guide me and therefore I had to walk into the showroom in order to get hold of someone. I was simply spun around the room as one employee working there told me to go to another one. This kept happening for half an hour and being the lucky guy, it was that day, I finally met the mechanic. He told me to bring the car in so that he could check it up. I brought the car inside and it took the mechanic some time to check the car. All I did was stand there and wait for him to tell me what was wrong. He came out from below the car and told me that the car’s engine would need some ’polishing’. I did not understand what he meant by this. When I enquired about the issue, I was told to stay silent. I decided not to argue and told the mechanic to do whatever was necessary. He told me to come back after a day to collect the car.
The next day, I reached Bill Jacobs BMW to collect my car. After waiting for an hour, I collected the car and went back home. It had not been even a week when the car broke down in the middle of the road after smoke started coming out from the front. When I called the place to come and collect the car in and repair it, I was simply denied service. There I was, stranded in the middle of a street, with a broken-down car after being denied service. It was one of the most awful experiences of my life. I would not recommend anyone to go to that horrific place where even the basic servicing is not done properly.
