These people have a nice website touting products to solve your septic tank and drain field problems. They show lots of testimonials about how wonderful their products. I purchased their Bio-112 on line. Their terms and conditions I failed to read fully bur easily understood 20% restocking. On line one had to scroll through a box to read the terms which as we know few do. I expected a company that would be decent and have customer care like most companies. I was wrong! When contacted to request a return authorization for the product because by the time I got it I had been forced to seek alternative solutions and the product would no longer be applicapable, they informed me that this one $397product could not be returned and it said so in their terms. If that was the case, why was that fact NOT stated anywhere in all the product information. The person on the phone acted like the product was so specially formulated it might expire with age or would need to be re-tested if returned and that’s why they could not take it back. That’s a bunch of crap, since the product info states the product has a 5-year shelf life. The product received was without any instructions, so basically it was unusable to me as presented. When I told them it was coming back to them I was threatned with being reported to the credit people, and turned over to a collection agency, etc. These people have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and a bad attitude when questioned. I have reported their attitude and lack of cooperation to the credit card company and will also advise the Better Business People who do not list these people at all. My first phone calls during regular business hpours were intercepted by an answering machine. I don’t think they are more interfested in getting orders and money than actual customer service. Their attitude alone when contacted would make me tell people to not do business with these people. There are other companies that will treat customers like real customers. I wish I had never responded to their website and advertising. I still offered to pay the shipping and pay 20% restocking and was threatened and told they would not accept that. Thank goodness I am protected by my credit card against such rotten vendors. .
