This company will solicit a ‘retainer’ of money just to view their rental properties. Then they take that deposit money and refuse to return it. Because you choose not to rent their unfit rental property. Then they use your deposit money to pay someone to clean and repair the rental property. Then the rental property is fit and they rent it to someone else. They’re con-artists, liars, scammers, and thiefs! Don’t do business or rent any rental properties from these fraudulent people!
