This organization cost my family almost $2,000 in damages. As soon as they arrived, Alberto broke the legs to our dresser because he did not pick the piece of furniture off the carpet before moving it forward. When we arrived at our new destination, the other moving company was horrified at the awful job Bless Movers did packing the vehicle. Our dresser, which is only a year old, is completely scratched up in addition to the legs being broken. Our clothes dryer, which is also only a year old, is completely ruined. There are at least four large scuffs, scratches, and a large dent on the front of the dryer. | When we told him about the damage to the dresser, Alberto insisted he would pay for a new one. He didn’t. Once we realized the dryer was also damaged, we were told by Alberto to contact the owner of the company, Tyrone. We spoke with Tyrone over the phone and he said he would take care of the damages, but he never did. He then began dodging our calls and would only pick up the phone if we called from a different number.
