Purchased a car a week before christmas and started having problems less than a week after getting car home.I called and spoke with Craig the finance manager and told him what was going on and he said no problem just bring the car back and they would fix it. I went back and fourth with this dealership and it is March and I still haven’t gotten my car fixed. I can’t drive it at night or when it rains because the wiper work when they want and I am afraid the lights will shut off completely again at night. I tried calling the finance company and see if they could help with the situation but they were no help all they want is their payment when it is due.I have been told nothing but lies from day one by this dealership and will never ever deal with Blue Parrot Auto Sales ever again. To top everything else off I took the car in for a oil change and found out that I need rod ends, rotors and a new set of tires don’t you just love it!!!Beware of Blue Parrot Auto and their slick tongue salesman and finance manager. They will do or say anything to make a sale.
