Blue Sky Solutions Inc is a service that will recieve mail for you but they are not going to make sure it gets to you the staff there is the laziest I have ever seen. Unethical they are the definition of, as well as unprofessional. What kind of mail recieving service has a 10 pound limit on the packages they will recieve for you. Why wouldn’t they have the same weight limit as the postal service they are claiming to be like? Then when your credit card expires they can not process the monthly payment of 50$ or more dollars. It is time to return all your mail to sender for non-payment no questions asked. And if you recieve a package that by mistake one of the girls accepted and it is more than 10 pounds they claim they have to store it in the meeting room and charge you a suprise fee of $30 or more an hour and keep calling you threating to sendit back if you do not pick it up at by noon or else they will cancel your account and send everything back. Bugging you over and over and over I counted about 7 calls in 30 minutes I was there to pick it up in 45 minutes and was charged $ 45 dollars that is a dollar a minute. They only wanted cash and they wanted more than I had but all I had was 45 on me and they wanted cash only so that was all they got. I got no reciept. I have been putting up with all their new rules each time I pick up my mail and new charges all the time. Then I wanted to switch to only mail recieved and then they cancelled me and sent all my mail back to senders. So I get all the paper work give them my credit card number and personal informatio to set up the account differntly where they are calling it a new account which is fine, except for the last four days they had forgotten to get some information from me so they did not open my account and had been sending all my mail back to senders without calling me which until they got the necessary information I was not considered a customer nor was I notifiable. After a year with them I was really upset, and then find out this was all over updating information. It is against the law to tamper with someones mail and that is what I would discribe that they are doing and using the mail as a payment leverage and extra fee attatchments what they are doing is just short of illegal the misrepresentation is just short of fraud, but they are rude unprofessional and unethical and have no shortage of any or those. There is one employee there to be careful of if she hasn’t been fired yet her name is Cristina Frankola and she will tell you one thing and the next day right to your face says she did not say that or didnt see or hear somthing. Bad habits rub off on people who are together all the time so be carful of any of their employees, if you decide to use their service please be careful now you have been warned .
