Blue Spprings Ford

I have been a repeat customer to blue springs ford for several years, i have bought three new cars at this location, one of which went thru six batteries within the first year i had it. i then traded it for a 2012 escape {new} and also purchased the after market insurance. this is supposed to cover minor scratches broken winshield, lost keys, and the agent that sold me this package told me that the interior was also covered and if it couldnt be cleaned it would be replaced. BULL I had a few small scratches on lower dooor on passenger side and i was under the asumstion that it would be repaired. i took me vehicle to dealership and requested it to be done that i had bought insurance too cover this for 1600 dollars when i purchased escape. he said that he had no record of this and was not listed on my forms but there it was $1600 for after market repairs. a friend and i both told him exactly what we had been told by the finance officer when i bought the plan. this salesman said he would take care of the scratches this time but it was a one time favor. He also stated that the finance agent had been fired for some reason, I KNOW WHY!!!! take some advice from someone who has learned the hard way, don’t pay $1600. to get your car paint buffed. .
