Individual called for appointment to shompoo my carpet, pushy and rude. When he showed up it turned out he was selling Kirby vacuum cleaners and had no intention to clean my carpet. I told him that I had understoopd that this is a shampooing business and that I did not need a vacuum cleaner. I let him clean a small area in my bedroom. He continued to pressure me to buy a Kirby in the most obnoxious manner, saying, among other things, that he cannot understand that I live in such a nice house and drive such a nice car but am not willing to pay $1900 for a vacuum cleaner, that I am willing to live in a filthy house, etc. On top of it he treated his employee badly in front of me. It took me over 2 hours to get him out of the house, and then I was afraid he’d come back to sabotage something. .
