Bluehost randomly informs customers that their account is infected with malware and was deactivated. Cody their representative, said they are only obligated to provide a sample of an infection and each time you clear it they will rescan and then let you know if there are other malware infections and will therefore not reactivate the account until all are cleared. Cody said this is their corporate policy and they are not obligated to let you know all infections at the deactivation The reason they are doing this is to because they recently tied up with Sitelock to sell their services to you and clear malware. They are deliberately not reporting all malware to you that resulted in deactivation so that they can frustrate you until you finally accept the Sitelock service. This is a clear violation corporate ethics. They are responsible to let you know of all infections that caused the deactivation. They also have a shared responsibility to protect the websites because they manage the servers. Infections could also come through the server to specific accounts or Bluehost themselves could infect to generate business for Sitelock. Also the wordpress plugin was provided by Bluehost. To say that Theme 11 is infected is as good as saying that Bluehost infected the website
