BMO Scooters of Louisville Kentucky sent a damaged scooter to me. After I reported the scooter did not work they refused to take it back or repair it. After filing a visa dispute they had a change of heart and requested I send the scooter back to them. Despite UPS confirming they had delivered the product, BMO claims they never received it. Now they are being investigated by the Attorney Generals in two states, as well as Visa and Yahoo (apparently there have been NUMEROUS complaints).
