I recently had a terrible encounter with BMW of Beaumont when I last visited them. They claim to deliver one of the quality services to their customers in terms of their customer service and their professionalism but the way I was treated at BMW of Beaumont, it made me disappointed. The only reason for me to visit this place was that they had good ratings online and customers seemed happy with their services but later on I got to know that BMW of Beaumont is lying everywhere just to maintain a pristine reputation online.
So if you ever wanted to read genuine reviews about them make sure to read the ones with 1-star reviews only. Their service department is terrible as I had to go there almost 3 times with my car and still, it was not fixed. Upon my second visit, I was told that my car was now perfectly repaired and it had no problems with it, but just after 10 days, the problem reoccurred.
When I visited the third time they diagnosed my broken pipe. BMW of Beaumont told me the estimated amount but I asked them not to do anything with it as I would be picking it up and wanted to check it with a certified BMW mechanic (they didn’t have one at the time). I asked BMW of Beaumont whether my car is drivable or not and they said yes and I brought my car to my home. The certified mechanic was surprised to see how the previous mechanic permitted them to drive the vehicle as it was not in a condition to drive and I had to bear severe consequences if anything went wrong with it.
The mechanic told me that one of my engine parts was bust and just a bit of debris could make things even worse. I called BMW of Beaumont the same day and asked them that if they were in the same position as I am in would they be driving the car or not, to which they replied they will not going to drive it. The guy on the other phone line was rude with me because I was asking him too many questions. I asked him why they did not warn me in the first place when they knew the car was in the bad state. Who would be responsible if any mishap happens? They did not even show any apologetic behavior towards me nor offer me discounts for what they have done to me.
At last, I decided to contact their manager but upon reaching him several times through messages and calls he still had not shown up. There is much more to talk about these bastards but I think this is enough to let you know how they deal with their customers and how irresponsible they are. I do not wish to visit BMW of Beaumont again as they have disappointed me. They are just a waste of time and money so make sure to think hundred times before visiting them.
