I had purchased a BMW from Denver Downtown. The car was perfectly fine for a month but then I noticed unusually extra smoke coming out of its exhaust pipe. I didn’t pay attention to it but one of my friends told me that I needed an oil change. I had not done it previously with my old car but I had to do it this time. So I went to the BMW dealer and asked the man about this service.

He said that this service was provided in their maintenance and repair section. I enquired about it and it was done the next day. The car became fine once again. After a week the problem emerged again. I was confused about what to do this time. I visited the service centre once again and asked them as to what had happened. They changed the oil again. However, again in a few weeks, the same story repeated. Maybe changing the oil was not the solution and it was something else. I went to that place again. The men said that there was a deeper problem regarding the car’s system. The issues were with the heating system and thus, the extra smoke was coming out now and then. I waited for them to deliver my car to me after a couple of days. But they did not deliver it to me after a few days. I was having a lot of trouble visiting places in my car. Already a lot of my money had been gone in servicing for three times. Now, this was the fourth time. I visited it after a week and the shop was closed. I found their contact number from Google and dialled it.

Someone picked up and said that the shop would be closed the following week for Christmas and new year. They did not finish the work on time, not even after giving them the extra time of a week. I had to visit so many people’s places and had various outings lined up for the festive week. I could not go without my car and public transport was very unlikely to be available during this whole period. Due to this transport problem, I was not able to enjoy properly and it was very awkward asking people to pick us up from our location.

After the working days had started, I visited them again after a week. The work had been done but I was not satisfied at all due to their delay and laid back personality. They took their own time and finished it as and when they wanted. It was hectic for me to keep visiting it every other day. The workers are unprofessional as they did not understand the root of the problem on my first visit itself. It took them two to three times to understand what was wrong with the car. The place is not worth a visit. Many other places are offering a much better quality of service and in a short duration of time. I will prefer those than any service centre in BMW.
