Can’t deliver the car on time

It was my father’s birthday next month and he was about to turn 80. He is still a man with agility and fragility. He always dreamt of driving a BMW and it was the right time to give him a gift. I decided to gift him a pre-owned BMW because a brand new car wasn’t affordable, and relations aren’t compared with money so he would still be very happy about his gift. I started searching for a genuine and authentic showroom who sells pre-owned cars too. I came up with the BMW of Greenwich. Their webpage pleased me and I was comfortable doing business with them.

I chose a car from their inventory and scheduled an appointment with the manager. After talking to the manager I wasn’t happy, because he was always in a hurry and took out no extra time more than 15 minutes for his customers. I had many un-cleared doubts. He then sent one of his assistants to deal with me. The assistant was not a professional and had to look upon the chart to explain my doubts. I requested him to let me go through the showroom and select the model but he said that he was not allowed to take customers without the permission of the manager and unfortunately the manager went away. I had no time and the import of the vehicle would take time because the showroom only had dummies. I selected the 220i and completed the paper works and the payment.

I gave them the delivery date and the decorations that were necessary because it was my dad’s 80th birthday and I wanted it to be a special one. I requested them to be on time and be careful with the good condition of the car. It was a mistake trusting this firm regarding the delivery. They were not on time and even after several calls of reminder they failed to complete one single job. I was full of shame and couldn’t regret more doing business with the wrong firm. They delivered the car 2 days after the birthday was over and my dad was still happy to see it but I wasn’t. I failed to deliver a surprise to him on his 80th birthday and it was a shame for me. This was all because of the BMW of Greenwich. The car delivered was without any decorations and it looked simple and not a present.

They failed to deliver the product in good condition as the car was full of dust. It was a disappointment for me. I was pissed off and felt sorry about it. It was because of the happiness of my father that I paid them the remaining amount or else I wasn’t ready to give the complete payment. I wrote this review because I was like to suggest everyone out there to stay out of reach of the BMW of Greenwich. They are only better at one thing which is disappointing people. I would not even give a single star for their management. It was very poor.
