It is important to note that when one has a big family, it is important that he or she owns a big car, such as an SUV. After selling my older car which was a sedan, I decided to go for an SUV to accommodate all of my family members properly. I did not want to spend all my money in a new type of vehicle which I had no idea of but I also did not want to go for a mediocre brand. After weeks of thinking and researching, I decided to buy a pre-owned BMW. The next thing I did was search online for nearby BMW Dealerships. It took me some time to snoop through the search results but I finally found the nearest showroom of BMW – BMW of Honolulu. The website seemed pretty good. After looking through a few options listed on the website, I decided to go directly to the place and check out all the options available myself. I called on the number listed on the official website. I scheduled an appointment for the nearest date available and I got an appointment for the very next day.
The next day, I reached the place in the afternoon and just in time for the appointment. I walked into the showroom and saw that a couple of cars on display. To be honest, I expected the place to be a lot cleaner. The cars on display too were dusty. A salesperson came to me and asked me about the type of car I was looking for. I told him that I was looking for pre-owned SUVs. As not many cars were there, he showed me a few of the SUVs that were available on display. One of them caught my attention and after hearing about the specifications, I decided to go for it. One of the features that caught my attention was the sunroof. I remembered that I saw the price of the same vehicle online and it was less than what they had priced it at in the showroom. Despite this, I decided to loosen up a little and purchase the SUV anyway. I fulfilled all the formalities that came with buying the car and headed back home. I was promised that the car would be delivered within the next few days.
After 5 days, the car was delivered to my place and only after I sat in the car and drove it, did I realize that it had many flaws despite having certification from BMW. The sunroof did not work properly. The left wiper was not functional. The wireless connectivity feature did not work. The music player too lagged. The speakers sounded as if someone had smashed them. I called the showroom to complain about this. They told me that I had signed a document that stated that the company would not be liable to pay or refund anything once the car has been handed to the new customer. You see, because of this, I had to spend an enormous amount to get the car fixed.
I strongly recommend going to this place as all that matters there is earning money and not customer satisfaction.
