Even after being told not to go to BMW of North Haven, I did not listen to my friend and scheduled a service appointment. My headlight got damaged due to some reason and I wanted to get it fixed. That’s why I chose to go to BMW of North Haven.

My friend had come over and he warned me about the place. He told me that the place was filled up with unprofessional people who would charge a humungous amount of money for the worst quality of product and service. I did not quite believe him as doubting the reputation of an esteemed company’s showroom seemed foolish at the time and so I scheduled an online appointment for service.

On the day of the appointment, I reached the place. I was made to wait for some time. After a while, I was called in and my car was inspected. The mechanic had hardly taken a look when he looked at me and told me that new headlights, as well as the protective glass, would need to ordered and fitted in. I already knew that they would be saying this and so I had already read a few articles about the suitable types of headlights. Since it would have looked odd if only one was replaced, I decided to get both the headlights changed. When I told this to the mechanic, he was quicker than lightning to provide me with a booklet that had quite a wide range of headlight options. The prices of the headlights featured were quite high. I decided to go for a mid-ranged one whose prime feature was its top-class brightness. The bill amount was quite enormous but I had no other option. I was given an estimated time of 6 to 8 days.

After ten days, I got a call back from BMW of North Haven telling me that the headlights had been installed. It was quite reassuring because I feared that they might have forgotten about it. I reached the place on Saturday to pick up my car. I was shown the bill after which my car was brought to me. The very first thing I did was check the new headlights. When I saw them, I was quite disappointed. They were not nearly as bright as the previous ones. The protective glass was also kind of translucent which made the light look even dimmer. Since I had already paid for those headlights, there was no way to get another replacement. I tried requesting but was blatantly refused. After this, I drove off out of there. Those idiots installed old or used headlights onto my car and charged me as if they were new. They think their customers are morons.

If you ever go to BMW of North Haven, I request you to consider every decision you take there. It would break my heart to see another person become a victim of the place.
