I got rid of my old car and was looking forward to upgrading myself so I decided to buy a BMW. I wanted to buy it from an authentic showroom and was looking up for showrooms near me. I found out BMW of Watertown to be the best car selling the company and the only showroom near me. I decided to meet the manager. The webpage was tempting and had a good inventory to look upon. I tried making an appointment over a phone call but the other side was unresponsive. I decided to schedule it online and after filling up all the instructions the website crashed and I had to do it all over again. It happened thrice when my appointment was finally taken into consideration. I received a text message that I would get a phone call from the firm regarding the date and time.

I decided to wait for 4 days. I called them again but the firm was unresponsive again. I decided to go to the place and talk to the manager directly. The receptionist then told me that the manager meets only over appointments. I told them about the online filling of the form to which the receptionist looked upon and fixed another date for me. I requested her to let me meet the manager for which I was denied totally. I had to come back the other day. I came sometime before to waste less time but the situation was the opposite because the manager wasn’t ready to meet. He met after 1 long hour. I was already frustrated and was pissed off but the manager had a very ignorant behaviour and didn’t pay attention to whatever I said. I had to repeat myself thrice to get his attention. He was least interested to listen to me.

We somehow had a conversation and finalized the deal. The payment was done and I was told that the car would be delivered within 4 days. I was not happy with the behaviour of the staff but the car I chose fixed my mood. I waited for the car eagerly but the firm still didn’t fail to disappoint me. They delivered the wrong model on the 7th day after repeated calls to the manager he somehow accepted to replace the car. It took them more than a week to finally deliver the car which I wanted. I decided to never do business with this firm anymore. It was one of the worst decisions in my life.

They are not worthy of doing business with and needed to be shut down as soon as possible. The place wouldn’t even get a single star because of their failed expected delivery and the horrible behaviour of the staff member. I don’t want any of the readers to repeat the same mistake which I did. A person would go to this place if only you have nothing to do and have a lot of time in hand, they are good at wasting time and making mistakes. Please stay away.
