The BMW Santa Barbara had a very pleasing webpage and positivity all around their page, it felt right doing business with the authentic BMW Company. Being a sub car dealer, I wanted a few cars within a short period and I was interested in buying their pre-owned certified cars. Since their webpage was not ready with the pre-owned inventory of the vehicles yet, I was directed to fill up an online form until I get approved by the firm. I didn’t receive any messages from them for the next 2 days. There was an alternative so I called up to make updates but the firm didn’t pick up the call. They reverted after 4 days and told me to come to meet the manager for further processions.

I went to the place and after meeting the manager I noticed that he had a very rude nature and the guy wasfull of arrogance. He didn’t communicate properly and I had to repeat my questions several times before he responded properly. It was irritating when he attended calls in between our conversation and I had to wait for long till he completed his gossip. He then appointed a salesman of his company to take me through the inventory. It was pretty impressing but the socially extrovert nature of the sales-man ruined it all. He was as same as his manager. He didn’t speak and was very sensitive at times. He was emotionally awkward and didn’t know how to communicate properly. If the frim continued with the same employees then the BMW Santa Barbara would definitely be closed real soon.

Nevertheless, I somehow decided on choosing a few fancy cars for myself and finalized the deal. I went to the manager to talk about the payment procedures but he was not in the office. I had to come the next day and take care of the payment. After finalizing the deal and selecting the model and color of the vehicles, I was told that all the vehicles would be delivered within 5 days.

But guess what?!

They failed to do so and it took them more than 10 days to configure all the vehicles and re-tune them before they could deliver them to me. I was sent the wrong models twice and the color was different too. They had to replace all of them and all these careless mistakes cost me a lot of time& money. I would say that it would be very hectic and frustrating doing business with the BMW Santa Barbara, they are no professionals and couldn’t handle their job properly. It would be better if a person does business with some other better company. The employees of the BMW Santa Barbara didn’t know how to communicate and it would become difficult for every person if the communications don’t go well. I would give a single star to this firm for a good inventory, other than that everything was out of control and in plain words WRECK.
