[protected] This morning I went to the Bob Evans on East Washington St. in Indianapolis, IN 46219. After entering I stood there for 3-4 minutes and the “hostess?” finally came over to me. She asked if it was only me, and I said yes. She got me a menu, and let me to a table. I asked if I could have a booth. There were clearly many CLEAN booths available… Her answer was “no”. Nothing else… I turned and started to walk out, but decided to ask for the manager. She left and returned saying: “the manager is unavailble”. THEN I turned and left. This is the second CONCURRENT time this has happened! Employees were too busy socializing with each other to notice me. Needless to say, this will be my last visit to Bob Evans. I will also warn my family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors not to visit this place. Furthermore, I am a webmaster and and will be putting up numerous websites warning folks I don”t know to stay away. I have visited many Bob Evans restaurants with no trouble…

06/10/2010 Store #173 7115 Far Hills Ave Centerville, OH Time 12:47:54 The store was absolutely filthy! Both the chairs my husband and I sat in had food on them which I cleaned off. While our waitress was friendly enough, she did not ask if we wanted refills and my husbands cup of coffee had coffee grounds in the cup. We were seated where we could see counters in back the floor was filthy with food. Part of the bottom floor trim was missing. One server Rheema the spelling my be wrong picked her nose. Thank God she was not our server. The floor where seating was was filthy! Yet you had several employees standing around talking. We have eaten in many Bob Evans and this was the most filthy we have every been in. I will not recommend to anyone. And in all honesty I should report the restaurant to the Ohio State board of health. I wish I had taken pictures but I did not think of it at the time!

1. On Sunday, October 15, 2017 we placed a call-in order to go in the amount of approximately $50.00. When we arrived home, we realized we had been shorted a pumpkin bread loaf & a side order of grits. I called and spoke with the “manager” and she said I could come back; however, if I went back to pick up the items, out other food would be cold. I was very upset due to the time I had to take away from our family time and breakfast because someone did not check the to go order. She took my contact information and assured me she would put a gift card in the mail. Which I told her would have been fine. 2. It takes 1-2 days for mail to get from Bob Evans Bluefield, VA to my house in Bluefield VA. Each day I have checked the mail to receive nothing from bob evans! 10-1-17 I placed an carry out order on line. I ordered 1 meat loaf dinner & 2 turkey 3-course dinners & added a cup of the potatoe cheese soup. Not until I got home did we realize that the turkey dinners only had 2 slices of turkey on a giant pile of stuffing & no cranberry sauce. I feel cheated out of a turkey dinner! 5/31/2018 location on East Alexis Road Toledo, Ohio. I went to this restaurant for my evening dinner. I do frequent this place as it is close to my home. Since I am on a Ketogenic eating regimen I require quality protein, fats and low carb for my meals. So the USDA sirloin is a common selection for me. When I buy this I expect quality. But here is the problem. I order my steak medium rare as I do in any restaurant. But for some reason at Bob Evans I cannot get a medium rare piece of meat no matter how much I stress that is how I want it. I tell the waiter/waitress always to tell the cook I expect to see red or pink inside. But when I receive my meal I cannot find even a hint of pink inside. This evening I sent my meal back two times and the third time I just accepted it to eat and told the waitress I”ll eat it but I am not happy. Before I received my meal the third time, the manager came over to appologize and she said she would come back later to talk but she never did and before I finished and checked out. I cannot understand how cooks could be so bad to let that happen consistently unless these meats are pre-cooked before they start cooking them. If this is the case Bob Evens will never produce a satisfactory result as the pre-cooking is excessive. This has happened time and again and I am considering moving my business to a good restaurant where I know I can get a good cook.

After reading all of the other complaints and reviews, I don’t expect that my complaint go far. On Saturday morning 11/23/19, I placed an online order for a family meal, for later (6:00PM). When I submitted my order, the confirmation pick up was 10:00AM. The location is, 1101 Louis and Clark Parkway Clarksville, Indiana 47129. I immediately called to point out the problem, and was given the manager. I told him about the issue. His response was ” the order is already being prepared, I guess we will have to throw it away. Next time call as soon as it happens.) I informed him that I did call as soon as it happened. He disputed that. I asked him if he was calling me a liar. I mean, why would I lie about that? He told me to take my business elsewhere. Ok, that works for me. My average order is $30.00 per visit. Believe me, I am passing this info to everyone, and I know a lot of people nationwide. Customer service no longer exists in the fast food industry, and one by one, the restaurants disappear. I hope Bob Evans goes away in the very near future.

After the seater wiped off the table we used our own “Wet Ones” to clean the table while other staff watched and smiled. The table was sticky with syrup and had been wiped off with a sour smelling cloth that left a residue. Fortunately I wiped off my chair before sitting on something greasy. The floor was filthy and had neither been swept nor vacuumed. It was the same under nearby tables which had not been cleared of dirty dishes. There were very few people in the restaurant when we visited at 6:00 pm on 12/1/2019. My wife ordered a salad which was supposed to have hot grilled chicken. The chicken was cold and very dry. I ordered the steak/egg Benedict. I asked to have the eggs over medium, the steak medium, and asked to have all peppers and onions deleted. The eggs were slimy and not done, the steak was well done tough and dry, the the entire Benedict was covered with peppers and onions. The server was gracious and apologetic, we did not see a manager. We drove 20 miles to Wapakoneta from our home for our Sunday meal at Bob Evans. We were very disappointed. My wife and I work part time in food service and we are often responsible for the cleanliness of a dining area. I do not think our comments are unjust. I will be submitting a complaint to the Health Department as I can only guess about the cleanliness in the food preparation area. We have eaten at this restaurant for years without concern. You have a serious management issue. When I posted on local Facebook many others reported problems at the Wapakoneta restaurant.

My daughter ordered eggs and potatoes that were also extremely old the eggs as well as the potatoes. The store manager was called over and she didn”t seem to be surprised. At approximately ten o”clock pm on saturday, april 29, 2017 I purchased the family size of bob evans macaroni and cheese at the hy-vee in perry< iowa as I often do as it is a favorite in our household. much to my dismay when I removed the outer cardboard covering and looked inside the package it had a huge blob of mold smack dab in the center of the package! it also had a very fowl odor. I am a very loyal customer of many of the bob evans products and was quite disappointed. I immediately called nancy who is the shifts store manager and explained that because it was ten o"clock in the evening and I live several miles away that I wouldn"t be able to return it until monday afternoon may 1, 2017. I really enjoy all the bob evans products and hope never to experience another incident like this again. Bob Evans Henley road. My Daughter and I dined in 11/15/16 around 6:00 pm. We were greeted and sat down in a timely manner. I noticed the restaurant wasn”t very busy. The waitress took our drink order and we told her we would also like to order now. She took some time to get our drinks and rolls we had ordered. Then we waited and waited and we were thinking about leaving when our waitress brought our food. The waitress told my daughter to be careful with the soup because it was very hot. We started to eat and my daughter said to me that the soup was cold. I tasted the soup and it was cold. We waited some time again before I could get her attention. We told her about the soup and she left and then returned with some hot soup. The waitress never returned to our table. We got up to pay for our dinner with no bill. I told the young lady what we had to drink and eat and she rang us out. I did notice that the manger was cleaning off tables on the side we were sitting at. Maybe the manger should be more attentive on how slow the kitchen staff was getting food out or how long food was sitting before delivering to the customers table. My wife and daughter had eaten at this location on 11/14/16 and had told me there service was terrible but the food was good. There are problems at this Bob Evans location if you care. Bought these mashed potatoes thinking the label had been changed from the “Original” version of mashed potatoes. As soon as I took the board overwrap off, I saw what looked like a bug in the potatoes. I dug it out & could not figure out what it was. I stirred the mashed potatoes & there were quite a few dark colored pieces in the potatoes. I checked on the overwrap to see if it mentioned what these dark spots might be. Could not find any mention of them. I went ahead & heated both packages. The mashed potatoes had an off odor about them. I tasted them & they had an off-taste as well. Of course we had company so I asked everyone to taste them. No one liked them so I had to dig out some real potatoes to use. Not a good product & certainly not up to Bob Evans’ standards! As much as I love your Original Mashed Potatoes, I didn’t like anything about these! (Neither did my company!).

Dear Sirs: I am writing to complain that my prescription eyeglasses that I left behind at one of your restaurants in Louisville, Kentucky were never returned to me. I called as soon as I realized what I had done, they found them and they were being held in the office at the restaurant. I was told that Donna, the manager at the restaurant, had mailed them to me. However, I”ve never received them and she will NOT RETURN my numerous phone calls. This was about two months ago!! Good afternoon. My husband and daughter and I just left the Bob Evans on Westnedge Ave in Portage Michigan. We got there at 2pm and it is 7/28/2019. The hostess sat us and when we were sitting down the server that was working back there said this isn”t my section. I”m about to be cut. She seemed to be quite angry and left that area and did t come back. As we sat and watched multiple tables be sat and greeted, no one ever and to our table. After 15 minutes I went to the hostess and asked to speak to the manager. When he approached he asked what he could do. I explained the situation and he said to go ahead and have a seat and he would send someone. As the waitress approached she seemed frustrated so we chose to leave because I do not want anyone to feel frustrated because they have to wait on us. When we were walking out we let the manager know why we were leaving and he was rude and said he was sending someone back there. It didn”t seem like he even cared. His name was Ryan. I”m not sure what the rude waitress name was that refused to greet us because she was about to be cut but she had gauges in her ears and dark hair. I”m saying that to describe who it is because those things do not matter to me, I just couldn”t see her name and I”m sure you can figure out who that was. I”m not sure if we were refused service because we are black or what the reason that they chose to greet and wait one everyone but us, but this is unacceptable. Since the manager didn”t seem to care I thought you may want to know how people are treated at the Bob Evans in Portage, Michigan.

Good morning, I think I need to share my last two experiences I have had with your carryout. We dine in and get carryout at all times of the day and week. It seems as of late the food and service are suffering. We placed an order on Monday the 29th of July at 6:34 p.m . and promise time was 6:49. I got there around 7:00 because I always know it takes a little longer with carryout from this store. I paid and asked for an itemized receipt and was told they don”t print up that way. I was little surprised to hear that how does one know what they are paying for and how much. I am not sure if this is a training issue an issue with carryout receipts but I should be able to see an entire receipt. Then I waited and waited and waited then waited some more. Mind you I had about a 40.00 order and all of it but one item was side items. Only one dinner item had to be cooked. That one item was fried chicken for a wild fire salad. I watched as the rest of my food sat there getting cold. I finally got my food at 7:30. Let me repeat that it took basically an hour to get fried chicken for a salad. ( I could have drove to downtown Cincinnati or across the river into Kentucky in that amount of time) When I got home I had to reheat everything and some of my portions were lacking. The coleslaw was maybe about two bites someone didn”t use the right scoop and my strawberry pie was mangled and not a whole slice. That experience was all the way around bad enough. I was going to just chalk it up but…we decided to give it another chance. We love Bob Evans and your food. We got another carryout this morning. I called it in around 9:41 promise time 10:00. I got there I saw it was busy so I expected a little longer but…I waited and waited and waited finally I got my three breakfast items at 10:25 so another 45 min. wait for a carryout. I know people always think things take longer than they actually do and tend to say something was longer than it was but … Sadly those are the true times I waited I wish they were not. It was a huge let down to have two incidents in one week. I have always given the benefit of the doubt, things happen and I have always known this store is slower with carryout, but this was such a disappointment that for the first time I am writing a e-mail complaint. Had a family dinner on 5/20/2018. Receipt # 059129, credit card invoice #[protected]. I ordered a soup and salad, my wife ordered a grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes, and my 3 sons each ordered a pancake meal. It took 15 minutes to get my soup and salad, and an additional 20+ minutes for the rest of my family to get their food. I was already finished eating by the time that they started! My wife’s chicken was as dry and tough as jerky. There is no reason for it to take 35 minutes for 3 pancake meals. I hated to eat in front of my kids, but the waitress kept saying that the food was on its way. Also, the man busing tables was wearing head phones and listening to music while out in the restaurant (very unprofessional). We have eaten at this particular restaurant dozens of times, but this was my last time.

Had breakfast with my GF. We are seated at 12:40. We did not speak with a server until the manager came and took our drink order at 12:56. There were 5 servers on the floor how did we get over looked it wasn”t busy. After receiving the food 20 more mins later the bacon was burnt, eggs done wrong, sausage not cooked thru completely. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WE NOT BE RETURNING. Manager did take off 3$ and gave us a box of cookies but it was not enough to stop this complaint.

Hello On Sunday, July 1st, we (my wife, two sons and I) were making a trip to a waterpark in Crown Point, Indiana. Coming from Chicago and not having a Bob Evans near us, we were excited to be stopping for breakfast at your Merrillville location. We arrived around 9:50 a.m. and as expected there was a wait. Not a big deal to us as we know how popular the restaurant is. We got seated some time between 10:10 and 10:15. In looking around the restaurant, it looked like you expect on a Sunday morning . Busy but within five minutes the waitress was there taking our drink order and food order since we knew what we wanted. After bringing our drinks, it began to go downhill from there. We noticed at 10:50 that we had not received our food yet but again given it was busy and the restaurant did have a large party (around 30 individuals) to tend too, we waited patiently. At 11:00 a.m., other customers were growing anxious as they had not received their food either. Mind you, we had our drinks for over thirty minutes and no refills, no updates, nothing was being communicated to us. We finally overheard that the kitchen was short staff and orders were taking longer than normal. At 11:10 a.m., we saw two couples (separate tables) leave in frustration. While this all happening, there were other patrons being seated. Again still not update to us specifically, we were finding out by overhearing other customers being informed. Around 11:20 a.m., over an hour after being seated, we could believe what started to happen. Food started to come out from the kitchen slowly but to out surprise it wasn’t our food but rather food for customers that were seated well after we arrived. There was a couple seated directly behind us who received their order about 30 minutes after being seated. Directly across from us was a family of four who also received their order. The waitress finally came over to inform us of the staff shortage and the kitchen was working to get orders out. My wife asked if we should just leave and responded that maybe our food is next as there were more orders being delivered to other tables. Finally at 11:35, we saw an order come out that was delivered to another couple who was seated behind us. That was it. Being seated over an hour with very little updates and no food. Can you imagine being in that situation? We left. I walked over to the waitress and informed her to cancel our order. She had no response. We walked out. Listen, we understand things happen and being short staff can make it difficult to maintain good service. But at no point was there a manager to apologize for what was going on (assuming he/she was in the kitchen) but this was beyond upsetting and frustrated. To watch people, of the same size party who were seated after us, get their food before us, was unacceptable. So now we left at 11:35, have to go find another restaurant to eat at and wait there to be seated and get service and food brought out, by that time it was after 1:00 p.m. Who wants to pay for a full day at a waterpark when you are only going to be there for a few hours. (waterpark closed at 5:00 p.m.) So we turnaround and went home. As I mentioned earlier, we like Bob Evans…correction love Bob Evans. We don’t have one in Chicago so the Merrillville location is the closet but in our travels to the south, we frequent it as much as we can. But that day, was by far our worst experience in a restaurant. To have to sit there for over an hour, not get your food and then watch other customers seated after you start getting their food, was very FRUSTRATING AND UPSETTING. Hello, I am a long time customer of Bob Evans & Bob Evans Products. My family has enjoyed them for years! I recently purchased a box, with 2 plastic pouches, of Bob Evans Homestyle Pork Sausage Gravy. I have made them several times in the past. However, this time while preparing 1 of the pouches on the stove top, the bag burst open leaking the gravy into the pan water. So, I attempted warming the 2nd pouch. But that pouch burst open as well. I was not able to use any of it. It appears the plastic pouches were defective. Is there anyway to receive some sort of compensation for the box of gravy pouches? Hello, This past Saturday (March 17, 2018) I purchased a package of your Original Mashed Potatoes for my St Patricks Day casserole. After heating the potatoes in the microwave, I used a spoon to scoop the potatoes into a dish. While scooping the potatoes, I found a large piece of white machinery in the potatoes. I searched the rest of the potatoes for any other pieces of white pieces and did not find any – it was a bad surprise and I was nervous to eat the potatoes, as if my guests or I bit into that piece of machinery – it could have caused major damage to our teeth and mouths! I threw the potatoes away and took a picture of the piece of machinery (attached below). I thought I should let you know so this does not happen again.

Hi my name is Patty otruba phone number [protected] I’m calling to file a complaint because this has happened twice and I will never order from Bob Evans again tonight I placed an order at approximately 7:40 for a pot roast dinner and a chop steak dinner at the oak springs road location in Washington PA they said it would be done by 8:15 we get there by 8:20 go in to pick up our food they say it’s not there try the Bob Evans on Chestnut Street in Washington PA I call that location it’s not there another time we ordered from the Bob Evans online at the McMurray restaurant once again ordered the food they gave us a pickup time went to the restaurant food wasn’t there so either your employees need some training and or manners or when they see it’s getting close to closing time they’re too lazy and just throw the orders away or something I could see this happening once but twice no way I will never order anyting from your restaurant chain again it is a joke and this kind of stuff should never happen and I hope this goes through the proper channels and doesn’t slide through the cracks like so many other things do thank you

I actually usually love their mashed potatoes but these has some weird thing in it almost like a nail it was gross! Now can’t eat them. I literally didn’t swallow the bite in my mouth! I spit it out. I literally just bought them a two days ago and they weren’t even close to expiration. I scared to eat anymore. Has anyone had this problem? It almost looks like a stick or a nail.

I am a super fan of this product! Except for the last time I purchased them! When first opening the bag I noticed an unusual chemical odor and the potatoes were discolored, not their usual white color. I went ahead and continued to cook them. As they began to cook, the chemical smell grew stronger! Even though we were Leary about the terrible smell & different look, we tasted them & immediately spit them out!! The taste & smell overwhelmed us. So afraid to try again! I love this product but I got a real scare.

I am disappointed in the quality of the meal I purchased yesterday. I worked at Bob Evans Corporate office on S. High St. for 25 years. In that time you could count on the quality of the food. I purchased the 6oz. steak dinner which was tasteless and greasy. I also got some little cinnamon puffs that came with a side of icing. I am sitting in your store waiting on my online order of 2 dinners my coworkers and I chipped in money to order for another co-worker who had recently lost a loved one. . I am spending over 75.00 on this food that I ordered early this morning when I arrived to work, and scheduled to have ready at 615 p. The time is now 645 and I have no estimated wait or anything as I sit and wait surround by delivery drivers from door dash. I can hear your wait staff complaining about the new Online Ordering and how they now have to “deal” with that. Not only am I going to be VERY late delivering grieving people food but I also feel made to be a burden by ordering with your company. This is beyond ridiculous, I have ordered online and paid with my card, there is no cancelling my order now. Clearly some more help needs to be added to your staff for online deliveries, and I”m not sure I would be back as good as food and service usual is this was beyond embarrassing and disappointing. I am writing from a local business in the Columbus area about the Bob Evans location at 960 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, Ohio. 43229. On May 10th, 2018, this location had the unfortunate circumstance of a fire. I truly sympathize for this bit of misfortune and am glad that no one was seriously hurt. A few local businesses have brought to my attention that it has been over a month and the building has not received any attention. The condition of the building, as is, in a burnt state looks unsightly and has had a negative effect on other businesses. I asked my general manager for a transfer and she told me she doesn”t want me to work for anyone else. The morning I worked I texted her to talk to her then asked the manager on duty to relieve me of my shift to talk to the general manager about better opportunities for myself. She said she would eventually transfer me but instead she took me off the schedule, I went to Springfield Ohio for a interview and they are waiting to speak to the general manager of my store but no response.i have a ton of witness from the day and text messages that confirm our decision but no one has contacted except from my store and it”s unfair. I ate at the restaurant in New Philadelphia Ohio on Saturday January 26, 2019 for lunch at about 12:30pm. The waitress was very good and efficient, but we were seated in a closed in area and soon after we were seated a young couple with 3 small children were seated immediately behind us in very close proximity. The children were misbehaving and screaming and the parents were scolding them all throughout their meal. We finally gave up and requested the bill and left our meals to escape the chaos. When I paid my bill, the cashier asked how everything was. When I told her that it did not go so well, and said it was because of the children who were screaming, the cashier said, “Well that”s not our problem.” I explained that this was not the first time this had happened at this restaurant at that same seating area, the cashier told me that I didn”t need to come back there again if I don”t like children. I just turned and asked out, but I really wish I had reported this to the manager. It was shocking to be treated this way, as I have never been thrown out of anywhere before.

I bought a Family Size Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes at Ingle”s Grocery Store and it was unfit to eat. Millions of tiny black specks of something of various sizes were throughout this product plus the pieces that were definitely rotten places in it. This is disgusting! It is not Pepper! I don”t know what it is maybe specks of black metal. I don”t want any coupons…that is not why I am writing to you. Bob Evans food products will soon go out of business if this keeps up. I bought a frozen creamy chicken noodle dinner from our local grocery store, which when I was eating it I came in to contact with several bones which appears to be chicken bones I didn’t see one which resulted in me choking and needed emergency medical attention, I have missed several days of work and still yet i can’t barely speak due to it lodging in my esophagus. Something needs to be done to compensate for medical personal injury and missed work this I completely uncalled for. I bought Bob Evans Original mashed potatoes on 8/5/17. I live a half-mile from the Kroger store in Rushville Indiana so the product never got warm, I took it directly home and put it directly into the refrigerator. I microwaved them today per instructions. The potatoes emit an unpleasant smell and a foul-metallic taste. I threw “em out. You might want to do a recall. I bought the 6 count sausage sandwich patties at meijers store about 2 weeks back when I went to use it this morning it had greenish black spots on a couple of patties. I can not take back to store for I don’t have the receipt anymore. But it looked like mold the expiration date is may 2 2018 lot number from what I can read is 952 L6OHD0070 is how it looks on package. There 3 out of 6 that had on it.

I called in and placed a carry out order today, 10-11-19 around 11:20. I was told it would be ready in 40 minutes because they were busy. I waited the alotted time and left my work at 12:00 to get my order. When I got there I waited in line 10 minutes and when I finally got to the register they did not have my order. I spent my whole lunch break waiting on an order that was promised at the time I arrived. I understand waiting a little bit but after they had the order the 40 minutes they had me wait still did not have it ready. I was not offered an apology but instead had to keep waiting. I only ordered 3 fried eggs and an order of bacon, not a hard order. My bacon was burnt when I received it but I took it so I would not be late from lunch. I came in a few nights ago to enjoy a family dinner with my kids. This particular night the manager Alex was in some kind of mood. He was snapping at any and everybody. Talking very loud and rudely. A lot of profanity, that he didnt even seem to care that there were kids present. I am completely dissatisfied with his behaviour, especially in front of the kids. I will no longer be back there on the days he works . When/if I happen to come back and hes working I will NOT stay! With the attitude he has, im not understanding how he became a manager in the first place. The way he was talking to the staff if things werent getting done i guess fast enough, just degrading them basically. It was absolutely absurd. Highly dissatisfied with that night..

I came with family for birthday dinner and this was the worse experience at Bob Evans ever. Our dinner came out in batches. One side of table got there food and the other side of table did not get ours till 10 mins later. Also my chicken did not come out together so she brought me one breast and she said I will bring the other 2 pieces in 10 mins. My mash potatoes was cold cause I wanted to wait for my meal to eat together. My husband food was ice cold. Hash browns were not done gravy was cold taste burnt and biscuits were hard as a rock. Terrible I say. And to top it off when she brought me my other piece of chicken my sisters piece too was completely Raul. I couldn’t believe it. My whole check should of been comp. Manager was not compliant at all. She honestly did not care. I had a check of 86.00 and she only took off chicken come on it was Raul. If I need to go and talk to some one higher please let me know. I couldn”t believe it when they served us this potato. Very disappointing. The food at the Marion Ohio restaurant is getting worse every day. First, I ordered fried chicken, dark meat, they were out of chicken. Who runs out of chicken? Had to then order the meatloaf. I ordered the flounder, got the salmon, which was too dry to eat. I dine out with my mother at bob evans on a regular basis. I have never have had the horrible service that we received on mothers day. My family and I went to bob evans on e main st and mcnaughten rd in cold ohio and I was just stunned. I ordered the 6oz. steak dinner with onion and mushrooms. I added the baked potato with butter and sour cream and green beans with ham. I received my meal with a potato and steak and green beans with onions. I did not receive the butter, the sour cream or the onion and mushroom. I asked the waitress and she said I will be right back. She came back 5 minutes later with a small saucer of onions only and informed me that they are cooking the mushrooms? I asked again about the butter and the sour cream and she left. 5 minutes later I received the butter and the sour cream which the potato was cold at this point and would not even melt the butter. Never did I receive the mushrooms with the mean and there is an additional charge for the mushrooms and onions. I informed the waitress since I did not get my full meal I wanted this taken off of the bill. My son decided to treat us all to the dinner and the mushrooms and onion was still charged to the bill and he paid it. Trust me I was not going to walk out of there without serious complaints but, I had to attend to my mother who was with us., I have been a waitress in my life and never did I remove a plate that required mushroom and onion or any other toppings from the cooks station until the plate was complete. I am not sure of that waitress name. I just wanted to address the whole ordeal because as I said I go there with my mom a lot for dinner.
