Bob's Wholesale Transmission

The owner said he would make his warranty legitimate for a transmission job he performed on my vehicle. According to a website he had the ATSG warranty so that I would be able to fix it within 12 mo/12,000 miles. The vehicle failed in less than 3 months. I drove the vehicle because I had to get back home to Washington. When I requested help for the warranty fix I had to conact several companies because I could not reach the owner of Bob’s Wholesale in Needles. I finally talked with the ATSG company said that Bob’s Transmission failed to pay their dues for the warranty guarantee so I now was stuck having to pay for my car and get it off the rack from another transmission place named King’s Transmission in Kent, Wa. I felt cheated when the owner in Kent would not let the vehicle unless a payment was made of over 300 dollars. Bob had agreed to make the payment to the vehicle for amount of 1150 dollars. He had originally chraged me about 1900 dollars for the work done in Needles. Bob did not do the job correctly in December 19, 2001 he promised to pay all amounts of invoice. I have spent over 300 dollars more in phone calls, faxes, and some court costs trying to reach Bob for his payment as promised. Jesse Bellevue, Washington
