There are a few things that you should know about before joining this gym. First and foremost there hidden charges Do not rely on word-of-mouth get it in writing. Because they will charge you whenever they feel like and whatever they feel like. They would say that there is no hidden charge and definitely there would be so it is best to get it in writing. It has a 45 days cancellation fee. But if you keep your membership on hold definitely you will have to pay after 45 days once you enroll. Obviously not one of the best gyms, but definitely there are good equipments some of them though. Most of them are not up to the mark and now functional So the maintenance and upkeep definitely needs to be corrected. I would not say that they are completely bad, but they are not completely good as well. I would not like to join a gym where I would not get the proper facilities now would I?Definitely. There are a lot of places of concern that I would like to highlight. First of all their customer service They do not know how to speak to a customer. They are very rude. And devoid of any kind of professionalism .

The employees in the customer service They are completely unwilling to work or help customers. Management does definitely need to take a look into the matter and take care of the Hidden charges because if you\’re not running anything shady, why do you have hidden charges? You could have come up front with those charges and why do you have to hide? If you have a good running facility and definitely anybody would be willing to pay higher charges for that facility. But unfortunately, the equipments are not up to the mark. Most of them are not. So definitely they had to resort to Hidden charges just to gain extra from customers.
