I placed and order on 10/24/17 for a one time discovery snack box that I purchased through groupon. When I went onto the boxtera website, after inputting the groupon code, I was still being charged full price. I contact customer service via email (this is the only available option) and they got it resolved. After completing the order, here I am 13 days later with no delivery as of yet and no one will contact me back about it. The gift was for my father’s birthday which is past now, also. My order # is 3113, I would like at a minimum for my fathers gift to be delivered as well as an explanation on what went wrong.
