I came to Atlanta for a week and while I was there I encountered a craigslist AD for a Walmart campaign Ad with a $2,500 compensation. I got a call from Brad telling me that I needed a $150 upfront deposit on my part to “ensure” my return for the casting call. He explained to me that since he is a new casting director he needs the funds as a colatoral and that my deposit would be refunded the day of the shoot. | At first I was very sceptical, but I met him at the mall and he seemed like a very smart person that seemed to know what he was talking about. We were discussing his possible business ventures, he was talking about how he and Trey Songz are good friends, and also that he got his “role” in Barbershop 3 through Trey Songz. Call me gullible but I was convinved enough to trust this man with my $150. It seemed smooth, however the next day he contacted me with a $3,000 opportunity with an NFL campaign Ad. In my mind I would assume ONLY NFL PLAYERS would model for NFL campaign ads but I didn’t think of anything false and met with him again and poof there goes another $150. The last time he contacted me within that week was for a COCA-COLA Ad Campiagn with a $5,000 compensation. | He said that he can only book Models 3 at a time, and I accepted it, met up with him, and within 5 days I had given this man $450. The shoots were scheudled for 3 weeks in Advance, so I go back to Atlanta from Tampa, and this Man is nowhere to be found. He texted back saying a story about his ex-girlfriend passing and that he has been out the state and all that nonsense. So basically he said the “production” involved in all three shoots just magically cancel, and that he will mail me a check for $450. I gave him my P.O. Box and he said he sent the mail. | I travelled to Europe for 9 days and after I got back my check was still not received, after all that time from Atlanta to Tampa, it would not take that long for the mail to receive. I tried contacting him through text, email, and phone but he would not respond back. The reason that made me beleive him the most is that he had contracts that we both had to sign and I also reciepts of payment. I will be suing him indefinetly, but I needed to make this report in order for the general public to avoid BRAD STRONG OF THE ATLANTA AREA as he is a Con Man and a fake.
