When I sarted receiving reminders for invoices that i did not recognise, I raised an internal ticket, also sent an email from my email address, I then went into my back office and turned OFF my automatic renewals whilst I was waiting on their response. Still, a week later i receieved another reminder, i went through the same process, now here we are around 3 1/2 weeks later, they have charged my card. I am going through visa and fraudulent activity but if they deem fit to alter my back office and turn on the renewals tab again, I have to foot the bill. I can 100% assure anyone reading this, I went through the normal process of trying to stop payment, but Brainhost has deemed fir to ignore my requests, ignore my emails and ignore their internal email systems and charged my card anyway. | With Brainhost – buyer beware!!
