I’m skilled at working with simple trauma to complex PTSD and dissociative disorders, focusing on the various underlying and often complex emotional and personality issues that continue to cause problems. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I have advanced training & experience with EMDR and utilize it extensively in my practice to treat trauma and various other psychological conditions. I realized long ago that traditional talk therapy wasn’t cutting it for many clients who remained trapped in negative, self-defeating patterns. People have described me as kind, compassionate, and funny. I have an honest and direct approach and a knack for working with complex cases.
