Purchased a Briggs and Stratton s****.> | Upon arriving I noticed that the mechanic was joy riding on a customers lawn mower I dropped my unit off and left. After a week I went and picked it up as they had no interest in fixing it, and cared more about joy riding on people’s equipment. When I arrived again the mechanic was on someone’s equipment again. | Apparently Briggs and Stratton told the mechanic to not even look at it until I first closed the BBB case, as Briggs was trying to push the case to closure fast, so they could just deny me the warranty. The dealer also left my unit which was still like new outside in the Michigan rain the whole week. The unit is now Rusty and filthy. Briggs and Stratton will stop at nothing to get out of warranties on their products.
