I purchased 2 Pairs of boots in good faith. Had e mail confirming purchase and then a Tracking No. from China. I received a cap. $138 was deducted from my bank account! My bank ING has now contacted their bank in China and apparently they have 30 days to respond. I have e mailed the company who are now offering me 50% to keep a cap that I wouldn’t have for free. I do hope that you are able to assist us as it seems that people are being fraudulently conned from everywhere. There are many in Australia that that lost money illegally to this company.
