BRILLANCE NEW YORK FLAT IRON SOLD IN MALL. DO NOT USE BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A COMPLETELY FAKE DEMO AT THE MALL. MAY EVEN BE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT USED TO SHOW YOU RESULTS WITH. AFTER TWO WEEKS OF USING THIS PRODUCT MY NON COLORED, HEALTHY HAIR LOOKS DAMAGED, DRY, AND COMPLETELY FRIED. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. WHICH THE SALES REP DIDNT SAY. SHE ALSO KEPT CHANGING THE PRICE. FROM 300, 200, TO 150. THEN “”” GAVE ME A DEAL””” AT 130$. I unfortunely fell for the scam. I will tell you that I am not the type of peson to write a review, let alone a NEGATIVE one, as I am a beauty product fanatic and love to try new products, usually only going out my way to tell people how amazing a product was…. In this case, I feel extremely scammed and obligated to WARN people about this scam. The product is no better than a flat iron you can get at Walmart for $20, as far as quailty goes…. It is a completely cheap, horribley made flat iron that rips your hair off when you try sliding it through. The “100%” ceramic iron FRIES your hair so badly it looks like you have chemically fried frizzy hair. They DO NOT use the same iron in the demos at the mall. Go on multiple websites online and you will find VERY similar reviews from many people. I personally wish I reviewed it before I bought it…. so here I am hoping to help someone elses hair…. because honesly I am more upset about my damamged hair then the money lost!!!!
