In November 9,2018 I ordered 2 jewelry items from brilliant gem llc amounting to $1,566.02 and paid them with check .my check was posted in my bank that it was cashed on November 17,2015.I was then informed by Randy thru email that I have to wait for 10 days before they process my orders. November 30,2018 I got an email from them that my orders has been processed. Mid December I started getting worried coz my orders hasn’t been ship.I tried to call them and left several vm messages but i never get any return call.December 14 ,2018 I got an email from them stating that my orders were delayed due to mounting / stone issues and should be delivered before Christmas. Since then I never heard anything from the company. Called and emailed them but they never responded. Up to this day I have not received any of my orders nor them returning my money back for undelivered jewelries.
