Bruce Bottomley picked out outdoor furniture for purchase. He paid with two company check. We deposited the checks and delivered the goods. He then placed stop payment on both checks. He claimed that was mistake by his bank and he would wire the money once received back into his bank account. He never did, so he bascially stole the furniture. One check was for 13,336 and the second check was for 15,208
