Through 35 years of counseling, I have extensive experience helping children, adolescents and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting difficulties, and relationships. I have a humanistic approach to counseling, a belief in individualizing my approach to best suit each client and situation, and an expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy. I am skilled with quantitative EEG, a useful tool for assessment, and with neurofeedback. I am certified to administer NeuroStar TMS Therapy for depression. I am a certified rater for studies at Sarkis Clinical Trials.At Sarkis Family Psychiatry and Sarkis Clinical Trials, our entire team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists and support staff share resources and expertise in a holistic, collaborative model to provide effective evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment with the single goal of helping you achieve your goals.Your initial session at Sarkis Family Psychiatry will include a full evaluation with me and one of our psychiatrists or nurse practitioners who will remain available if you choose or need to seek treatment with medication.
