Rip off Company, they use every excuse to charge you for stuff that doesn’t make sence. then they take a deposit with a mandatory tip fee. which is fine but very unproffessional. The main problem was I called 2 weeks before to rescedule at a two day later date the sales manager makes a big deal and starts going off on what a big deal it was going to cost them and started requesting I pay more. So I tell her I’m calling 2 weeks before to let you know, then she finally agrees to doing it because I threatened to cancel out. she calls me a couple days before and tells me they will be there on the following wednesday, I agree and say see at least I’m being patient unlike they were when I gave them a two weeks notice. Then the Tuesday before today I call them because I have more work planned for them, she tells me they can’t make it until thursday or friday with an attitude the whole entire time the lady was very unprofessional and her demenor was trashy you can tell she grew up a hard life. I’ve read other reviews on them and doubted myself for chosing them after leaving the deposit. I would not recommend this place if my life depended on it. don’t leave a deposit it doesn’t matter they’re a fraudulent company. why else do they prey on craigslist!
