Stalling on repairs to vehicle and also lying on my warranty. In February of this year I purchased a Toyota from Baron Auto Mall. At the time of purchase I was being told that they will throw in an extended warranty for up to one hundred thousand miles. This seemed good at the time seeing it was a used car with over 50,000 miles. I agreed and signed up the necessary paperwork to take posession of the car. After all was being done, I was being told that the rest of the paperwork will be mailed to me, and I said that is okay. Within a week I had to go back to the Dealer as the tires were nearly bald. They replaced them for me at no cost. The second week after driving the car around, I noticed a peculiar feeling in the front suspension and took it in once more. they recommend me to their Service Center on 212 st on Jamaica Avenue. Upon inspection it was found out that the Strut mounts need changing, and that an order will be put in and as soon as it becomes available, it will be installed on the car. I have been calling to get an update and until today (December 13, 2002), it is still on back order. Paul Queens, New YorkU.S.A.
