BT Express Auto Transport

I spoke to Adam, Chris Noah, and Billy Turner himself, they took my deposit, promised to pickup my car in Milford, Ct and deliver it to Mcewen, Tn. They did take my money (credit card was used), on Feb.4th, 2006, said they would pickup the car up in 2 to 4 days, they never called to let me know what was going on why they didnt show up, I called them numerous times, they blew me off, never did get my deposit refunded. They made sure that they got their money and told me to fight with the credit card company, they wanted nothing to do with it. I would never recommend them, they are extremely un professional, they take your money and leave you to fight to get it back from the credit card company. Even though it was only a small amount, it just goes to show you that they donot care for the “little Guy”, as their ad states they have worked for FEMA, etc… I guess if you don’t have the government backing you, or some big company, you can just forget about them being reliable! My personal feeling is that they are ignorant, unreliable, and thieves!! My advice is to read what others have to say about these so called auto transport companies before you take a chance with your automobile!! Good Luck! Kevin Milford, ConnecticutU.S.A.
