I took my 99 Mitsubishi Diamonte car to them after an accident and explained that I wanted new parts put back on my car. They agreed this is the best way to go because it would be a shame to put after market or used parts on the car especially since the insurance company is paying for it. After further inspection of my car a couple of days later I realized that they in fact put used parts on my car or just fixed the existing parts so I went back to tell them that I know that the parts on my car was not new. They kept trying to convince me that they were until I told them that I used to do auto body work myself a while back and started to point out the imperfections in their work and the parts that was suppose to be replaced. Needless to say I still didn’t get any new parts and they were paid for new parts by the insurance company, but I’m happy that I found this site and hopefully others will read this or maybe the company will and get their act together and stop ripping people off for their hard earned money.
