I received a phone thru budget mobile lifeline. The number issued to me is not what shows up on caller id. When you call the number back, someone else answers. I receive several calls and text that is being answered by someone else. I cannot access my voicemail, they said just because the number shows up as someone else’s number and i receive calls and text, i can still use my phone, i just have to not give my number because it won’t work. The number they gave me says it’s no longer in use and deactivated. I have been without a phone 2 months, cannot schedule a doctor visit, cannot text anyone or call. I’m disabled need to visit doctor several times a month and for 2 months i have not been able to contact my doctors to have them cal me back with my scheduled visits for the month. So now what am i supposed to do? This company needs shut down. I demanded they stop my service, take me off the plan so i can apply elsewhere and they refuse to.
