If you receive a letter from Bufete Palma Santos CB Abogados, based in Cordoba, Spain, ignore it. The letter claims that a relative of mine passed away and that the law firm needs to arrange for me to receive $11 million in inheritance. It is a fraud. The address on the letter is to a different (legitimate) law firm, and the phone numbers listed in the letter are not of that firm either. I contacted the firm at the address in the letter and they confirmed that it is not from them and that the letter is a fraud. The web site, palmasantosabogadoscb.com is also a fake. It is a domain registered in Panama and the contact information is anonymous. No legitimate law firm would use an anonymous internet domain.
