I quit going there when their whole crew walked out a couple of years ago, because of their rip-offs. But , my mother did not. After several hundreds of dollars and more work than ordered and needed. Problems got worse, until she finally went elsewhere. They proved to her and I, Bullards did not even tighten the oil pan bolts, seen marks of them loosened.Kept charging her extra for work that was not even being done.Charging for work not ordered. Bullards had no choice but to replenish some, after showing them the new statement. But, Just found more yesterday.I highly recomend,”Not to go to Bullards”on 24 hwy, Independence,Mo.We have proof.
