6-10-06 I am reporting Mr.Buntain for Fraud.He agreed to repair my car and wait for payment knowing I was waiting for a claim to come through! He showed up at my house and offered to erase the debt in return for sexual favor!! After I refused and demanded he leave he proceeded to file a Lien after the Legally allowed time! The Time Statue had expired for filing and yet the Courthouse here allowed him to file the Lien!! I had placed the car at a Local Dealer Lot here in town, in an attempt to pay the creep and a few bills. The Dealer who allegedly knows Mr.Buntain allow him to take my car!! Can you believe this sort of behavior is still endorsed and allowed?? What can one say?? I have already contacted the Attonery General’s Office… no result except the creep responded with a lie. If their office had checked the very Statues they would have found the Violation in regard to the very Statues regarding Time Limits for Filing!! Diana Falmouth, KentuckyU.S.A.
